• Provide our California bail bond license number upon request
• Explain all costs, premium rates, payment options, and obligations in writing before any bond is posted
• Provide a written bail bond agreement for your review and signature before the bond is executed
• Charge only the premium rate filed with the CDI by our surety company

Post It Bail Bonds will not:

• Request payment in gift cards, cryptocurrency, or wire transfer
• Request your Social Security number or driver's license number through our website forms
• Guarantee a specific release time
• Claim to be affiliated with any jail, court, or law enforcement agency
