We provide a 100% refund for any bail bond that has not been posted. If no action has been taken to initiate or file the bail bond with the appropriate jail or court system, you are eligible for a full refund of your payment.
Once a bail bond has been officially posted and the release process has begun, no refunds will be issued. This is due to the immediate execution of services, liability assumed, and administrative costs associated with processing the bond.
Please note: Refunds are not provided simply because a client changes their mind or decides not to proceed after initiating the bail process. We dedicate time, resources, and staffing immediately upon engagement to ensure prompt service.
Each bail bond request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is requested before the bond is posted, or in unusual circumstances, we reserve the right to issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion if we believe it serves the best interest of both parties.
