 Post It Bail Bonds is committed to conducting business in a transparent, ethical, and professional manner. The following Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued. By engaging our services, the client, indemnitor, and/or co-signer acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below. 

Post It Bail Bonds will issue a 100% refund for any bail bond that has not been posted, provided that no bond has been executed, filed, transmitted, or delivered to any jail, detention facility, court, or governmental authority.

A bail bond is considered unposted only if:

• No bail bond documents have been filed or submitted, and
   
• No release process has been initiated, and
   
• No liability has been assumed by Post It Bail Bonds.
   

Once these conditions are met, the client may be eligible for a full refund of payments made, subject to verification.

No refunds will be issued once a bail bond has been posted, executed, or accepted by a jail, detention facility, or court.

Upon posting bail, Post It Bail Bonds immediately assumes financial risk, legal liability, and administrative responsibility. Services are deemed fully rendered at that point, regardless of:

• The defendant’s release timing
   
• Case outcome
   
• Client dissatisfaction
   
• Subsequent changes in circumstances
   

All fees become earned and non-refundable once the bail bond has been posted.

Refunds will not be issued due to a client, indemnitor, or co-signer changing their mind after the bail process has begun.

Upon engagement, Post It Bail Bonds immediately allocates personnel, resources, administrative processing, and operational time to the case. These actions constitute the commencement of services, even if the bond is ultimately not posted due to the client’s decision to withdraw.

In limited and unusual circumstances, refund requests made prior to the posting of bail may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Post It Bail Bonds.

Factors considered in a discretionary review may include, but are not limited to:

• Timing of the refund request
   
• Administrative and processing steps already completed
   
• Communication history with the client, indemnitor, or co-signer
   
• Jail, court, or third-party delays beyond reasonable control
   

Approval of a discretionary refund, whether partial or full, is not guaranteed and shall not establish precedent for future cases.

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment when possible
   
• Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution and payment provider
   
• Any non-recoverable transaction or processing fees may be deducted where permitted by law
