Orange County Superior Court's published instructions direct people appearing or posting bail on a warrant to Criminal Operations at the Justice Center that ordered the warrant, by 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. The court states that later arrivals generally must return the next business day unless it allows otherwise. Confirm current instructions, court holidays and the correct location with the court and your attorney before traveling. Do not assume every Orange County matter belongs at the Santa Ana courthouse or a nearby jail. Following a check-in instruction does not guarantee release or eliminate the possibility of custody.

What If I Missed an Orange County Court Date?
